[Cynnabar] Celtic Fest Demo - Quick note

Hello all, 

 

T-2 days till setup. T-3 days till Celtic Fest demo proper. 

 

Weather on Saturday is currently forecasted for 89 degrees (an maybe some stray showers). So please plan accordingly with sunscreen, etc.

 

I confirmed that there will be NO lunch offered this year. Again, please plan accordingly. The festival will have their food vendors as normal. 

 

Friday setup 6:pm (targeting trailer arrival). (Please keep previous unloading space restrictions in mind.)

 

Saturday start, gates for setup open at 7:30am. Cars must be off-site by 9:am. Fair opens 10:am. 

 

If you cannot make it prior to 9:am, please plan to carry your stuff in from the parking lot.
