Subject: Celtic Fest Demo - Unloading and parking

Hello Cynnabar!

Celtic Fest demo is next weekend. A friendly reminder on unloading and parking.

Please remember, we are right by the Festival’s front entrance and need to be very aware of our cars during unloading (and loading).

If you plan to help with setup (first, thank you!), but do not have anything to unload (or can easily be carried), please just park in the parking lot (or performer parking) and walk in.

If you do need to drive your car in for unloading, please unload and move your vehicle before you setup. I feel we will have limited space for people’s cars and I want to be sure we are being aware of the fair’s attendees coming in the front gate right next to us. In the past we’ve been out of the way areas on Friday night and could have cars loiter, but I don’t think that’s the case this year. Or please at least be aware unloading, cars and space. Thanks!

If you want, there is a space designated for performer parking, see the attached pics for parking, including the one the Celtic Fest it shows where ‘Performer Parking’ is located. Go through Gate 8 (go back out Gate 1 and go around), DO NOT drive through the fair!

Thanks all!
