[Cynnabar] Mi Celtic Festival thank you!

Greetings Cynnabar! 

 

Another Michigan Celtic Festival Demo is in the books. It was definitely a
hot one. 

 

The new location seemed to work out well. We will be doing post event review
to see how we can improve things for next year. 

 

Thanks to everyone who came out to support our great hobby with showing the
best of our group to the public. I'll let the various leaders of their
respective areas thank their participants themselves, but I wanted to
specifically thank Their Excellencies Bjarki and Valka, Sir Midair for being
armored MIC as well as MC on the list. Throckmorton for rapier MIC (and MC),
and Ilsa for A&S coordinator. And lastly, to Tairdelbach for his past 21
years for coordinating this event for the Barony. I now know the amount of
effort he's done behind the scenes to make this happen. Thank you Art. And
for those that just showed up to support in general (but might not get
mentioned by name), thank you as well, your support is appreciated.  

 

I'd like to have a 'after action review' at the end of this upcoming
Thursday business meeting to get people feedback. If you can't make that,
feel free to send me a note directly.
