[Cynnabar Dance] Known World Dance Symposium - clothing

For those of you going to Known World Dance later this week (WooHoo!), I 
checked with Urraca about the clothing requirements (garb/non-garb).  It 
is garb-optional during the daytime activities, and garb-required for 
the evening balls.  However, royalty will be there and will be having a 
short court at Noon on Monday, so you may want to consider opting for 
garb for that.
