[Cynnabar] Comp teachers or lower site fee?

I think another item not being addressed is that all of the people who  
attend the event can have more fun (and this seems to be especially  
true for niche events) if someone really talented is invited to come  
teach and shows up.

Likewise, and I dont know if this is case or not in the SCA, if you  
invite someone to come and teach X, and then ask them to pay a site  
fee after you personally invited them.... well, I don;t support that.   
If the event is really going to be that much better because person Z  
came to teach, is it really going to kill the event to comp them for  
making the trip and increasing everyone's fun?
