Event and Demo Reports

Battle of the Inland Seas - Lots of archery. Feast was incredible. Nice
event at a great site

Upcoming Baronial Events and Demos

Saline Celtic Festival (July 11th and 12th) - No updates

Grand Day of Tournament (Nov. 15th, 2014) - No updates

Announcements

Lady Godaeth will be making a proposal as Event Steward for Closing of the
Range III next meeting.

Tristan - Publishing the Domesday or making it available for perusal by
Baronial members is required. He will have hardcopies of the financial
Domesday available for those that want one.

Forester Gray - Putting together an order for archery supplies from
Lancaster over the next few weeks.

Officer Reports (normally done on 4th Monday of each month)

Exchequer (Tristan) - YWHMANYCHA. Coffers' are overflowing. We can buy 48.14
pounds of lapis lazuli. Which is about $12086.00 (still have about $1000 of
receipts due from 12th night tavern)

Webminister (Aaron) - no report

Fencing Marshal (William) - no report

MoAS (Arin) - Workshops continue. Mending workshops done. Veil and shoe
workshops coming up. Cool Museum of London books have arrived.

Mo Youth (Ceara) - Documents on policies sent to Kingdom and Society for
clarification. Not published yet as changes are coming. Background check
status is changing. One background checked person who is coordinating the
children's activities needs to be on site, but not necessary to be running
the specific activity. However, the 2 deep rule is still in place for
activities.

Chatelaine (Genoveva) - no report

Chronicler (Ermenrich) - Change in Citadel publishing Date. Now targeting
June 24th to allow a chance for potential Baron/Baroness candidates to
submit letters for the Citadel. Due by June 16th. Also if anyone has
articles for the Citadel, please send them in.

Herald (Johannes) - Herald's night very productive. Great discussions.

Knight Marshal (Jason) - Looking for a replacement.

Archery Marshal (Godaeth) -  Range open for a month. Lady Agnoletta ran
practice. Royal rounds staring for the year.

Seneschal (Finn) - Went over upcoming timing on Baronial transition
activities.

Baron and Baroness (Hannah and Tairdelbach) - We are still a Barony.
