[Cynnabar] Meeting Location

I'm sorry but the League was a terrible place for meetings. Our attendance while we had meetings there was very very low. (Generally about 5-8 people.) The parking around there is just terrible. It's fine every now and then for a dance practice 1-2x month -- but not a weekly meetings. Again, maybe this is just my opinion.
