[Cynnabar] Meeting Location

Cynnabarians,

First, all my nights and days are magical for that matter!!

I think this is a little premature for someone to be taking the reigns on
this and reserving rooms. What about the people who don't get email?
Shouldn't they have a chance to voice their opinion?? Does this fall under
the 3 meeting rule? I thought we had to put this to a vote? We still have
a couple more meetings at the Classic Cup Cafe where we can discuss this
face to face. I can guarantee that Uillec will not troll through 30 or 40
emails to read all of this, and I am sure he is not alone.

Just my thoughts, I will not plan to attend any meetings in downtown Ann
Arbor or on the U of M campus other than for officer reports unless my
service in immediately required. The parking is terrible and for those of
you who say "just park at____ and walk", is there handicap parking readily
available? Fight practice at the Union is a different story because it
happens on a Sunday afternoon.

I for one like the option of having "food/pie" available because I don't
get out of work until 6pm or later and don't get a chance to eat.

Your Exchequer,
Ilse Strauss
