[Cynnabar] Meeting Location

Lady Ilse,

I want to also confirm for you and other people who are worried about
reserving rooms now: it's free to reserve, and as long as we cancel the
reservations at least 5 business days ahead of time, it's free to cancel.
So Hattie can see if she can get reservations now, and then there's a trial
or buffer period using the North Campus rooms until someone else finds
something more desirable, if that's needed.
