[Cynnabar] Meeting Minutes for 7/13/2015

Northwoods is hosting the Known World Baronial Rapier Champions Tournament.
Andelcrag is hosting the tournament for Youth Champions, Roaring Wastes is
hosting the one for Archery Champions, and, as always, Cynnabar is hosting
the one for Armored Fighters. The funds we are requesting will go toward
the Armored Champions Tournament only.

Baron Maximilian has reserved the field for the three tournaments that will
be happening on Wednesday, and I saw that he posted to the Pennsic War
Facebook group announcing the event. Other than that, we have not made any
official announcements, but the event is listed in the Pennsic Schedule. If
there is somewhere else that would be beneficial for us to announce it,
please let us know, and we will make sure to do so right away.
