*Fix-It Night at Gregor's House:* Well attended. Site worked out well. Plan
to do more in the future.

*Words from Their Excellencies Ermenrich and Kasha of Cynnabar:*

Their Excellences have several dates to keep in mind for Pennsic:

Saturday, August 1 – THL Asalah will be in camp to do henna applications
from 5-7 pm

Sunday, August 2 – Wear your Cynnabar Colors Day

Monday, Tuesday, and Friday – March out with the armored fighters to the
field

Tuesday night – Chivalric Night

Wednesday Night – Potluck and baronial court

Thursday – Walk to the Archery Range at 2:00 pm

Friday – Eat It, Drink It, Burn It Party

 *Upcoming Baronial Events and Demos*

*Grand Day of Tournaments (Saturday November 7**th**, 2015) – *A staff
meeting will be held after Pennsic.

 *Old Business *

*Known World Baronial Armored Championship at Pennsic War: August 5, 2015*.
$200 for snacks and food for the assembled armored fighters and Barons and
Baronesses of the Known World. Eidy will be in charge of the food. 3rd of 3
meetings. APPROVED.

 *Hold for Post Pennsic: *

• *Trailer for List field parts*. A flat bed is available for $329. Is a
covered trailer better? 5’x10’ would be best size. Shopping results:

• *Stickers with the Baronial Populace Badge* (and maybe name?) Cost?

 *New Business*

*Proposal for Leather and Rivers for Armored Fighters *– Gregor made a
proposal to purchase for $200 leather and rivets for use in our loaner
equipment for armored combat. The Barony has in its collection numerous
pieces of loaner armor in need of new materials that these materials would
make functional. This proposal would help finance the necessary replacement
of rivets and straps as well as enable me to make available new arm and leg
defenses for baronial use. See attached proposal with breakdown of costs.
No objections to date, however, Uillec mentioned he would check to see if
he could locate a person with a Tandy discount we could use to lower the
price. 1st of 3 meetings.

 *Other Group Discussion*

 *Status check on Approved Budget Items:*

• *Budget item: Fabric/materials for making new Baronial floor covering *($95
budget) Ms. Giovanna Finish in the Fall, ready for Grand Day of
Tournaments, says the project team.

• *Budget item: Fabric and materials Shadowed Stars Baronial Gift ($200
budget) – *Baron Ermenrich In Process.

• *Youth box* – On hold till after War.

 *Announcements* –

Our Baronial Exchequer, Ilse, mentioned that if someone needs a check cut
for an approved expense to please e-mail her the weekend before the meeting
and she will be sure to bring the checkbook and also try to locate a
co-signer to attend the meeting.

Forester Grey says he has an enormous pile of brewing honey which is
available free or by donation. He has two 60# pails.

Baroness Kasha reminds everyone that the list of classes being taught by
members of the barony is pinned to the top of the Cynnabar Facebook page.
This includes Forester Grey's class, “Irreverent Opinions on Archery,” Lady
Bianca's class, “Herjolfesnes Gown,” and Gregor's class, “Enhance Your
Camp.”

Joann's no longer carries 100% wool.

Note: *Mistress Kay is in China *for the first 3 weeks in July. Lady Ceara
was scheduled to chair tonight's meeting, but was unable to do so tonight
due to work commitments, so Genoveva stepped up to help. Ceara will chair
the next meeting. Please send Ceara any announcements of other items you
want to delivered for the next meeting. Ceara Mhuirghease
ceara.stephanie at hotmail.com

Mistress Kay will be back in time to chair the meeting on Monday 7/27, BUT,
because so many people will be at Pennsic there is some question of who may
be in town to come. *She** will be at the Classic Cup from 6:45 to 7:15pm,
but if no one else comes she will depart*. That week is Officer Reports.
