We are still missing 1 receipt for the duct tape used for the fighting floor ( Mistress Claire believes it is under $100)

Folks, I got Lady Sybilla's announcement wrong. She will be elevated to the
Order of the Pelican, not the Laurel, as I wrote.
My only excuse can be my respect for both her Arts AND Service.
