I am sorry for the delay.  Between work, the Mass Meeting the holiday, and
my other commitments this was the first chance I had to get these
transcribed.

Location:  Pierpont Commons, U of M North Campus, Boulevard Room. 2101
Bonisteel Blvd Ann Arbor, MI 48109. NC43 is the number of the free evening
parking lot closest to Pierpont Commons.

*Activity, Event & Demo Reports*

*Let’s include everything we are doing in the Society in these reports; not
just events and travel!*

Luisa is researching Brazil and her family’s history for her person in the
16th century colonial period there.

Ermenrich and Kasha went riding with Luisa.

Several members of Cynnabar were guests at Hanna and Tardelbach’s Wedding!

Max is still involved in the Midrealm Army After Action Review from Pennsic.

Claire, Finn & Rhiannon, Kay and others were at Rose Tourney in Marshall,
MI.  there were 4 peerage elevations, a first since the institution of the
Master of Defense!

*Upcoming Baronial Events and Demos*

*The Mass Meeting* Sept 24 Michigan Union Anderson Rooms, at 7 pm. Daye and
Deputies:  Set up about 6:30 pm.

Activities will include all the usual, with displays of whatever YOU bring.

Their Excellencies will hold a mini court. Eadard will bring the thrones
for them.

*Old Movie Night:*  Location *Oct 3 at 7pm** on campus in 1528 CC Little*.
Free Movie- Princess Bride.  Popcorn Provided.  Expenses:  $100 from Rooms
Fund SORC.

Daye expects the location to be set in a day or two (and so it was).

*DEMO:  Dixboro Farmer’s Market Festival (Friday Oct 23, 2015) – *Gabby,
Anne, & Deputies. 3 pm to 7 pm. 5221 Church Rd Ann Arbor, MI.

We need people early and later.  If you can come at 3 please do!  Please
let Gabby know on the Facebook page that you can come.

We need a truck or van and people to move enough list field to keep
visitors safe.  CONTACT Gabby on the FACEBOOK page listing for the Dixboro
Farmers Market if you can help.

*Fall Revel, Closing of the Range, & Battle of Agincourt 600th
Anniversary.  (Sunday October 25, 2105) Dillon’s Range.* Grey Odsson $250.

Gregor, can the Combat Practice for that date be moved to Fall Revel?  AND
can you be Marshall/ manager for the heavy activities, or appoint a deputy
to plan and organize?

Aaron, can you or Gregor change the Fighting Practice calendar listing for
that date, please?

Turkeys will be served.  Please bring a dish to pass- sides and desserts,
non- alcoholic beverages.

Insurance Certificate will be ordered by Kay.  Heidi, prepare a check,

Site Tokens?  Tiny swords made by flattening a double headed nail.  Rent
Maker’s Workshop?  Karen may have a connection to the hydraulic press
needed.

Per Cynnabar Actual (and Her Husband) there will NOT be a Grand Tourney for
the Monthly Champions.  It is less fun with so many Venons coming to fight.
Everyone is tired, at the end of the day.  Perhaps a different format will
be created to sort that result?

*Staff:* Jason Irenfist, Heavy Marshal.  Birke, Marshall of Defense. Daye,
Royalty Liaison.

Ms. Claire offers to Host their Majesties in her home if acceptable.

*Wassail* *BID* (*Saturday* *December 12, 2015) – *Steward: Eddy, with
support from Kasha and Ermenrich. Site: Chelsea Fairgrounds is booked.  *1st
of 3 Meetings*

Gavriil has the proposal.

*New Meeting Site *or *Meeting Day.*

I asked Hattie to book us into this space for the foreseeable future. I
also asked her to find out if there is a room that usually includes tables
or if we can get a couple of 6-8 foot tables, if they are FREE.

*9/28 PLAN:  *Meet in the seating are on the ground floor where the
Ahmo’s restaurant
is.  There seem to be lots of chairs and tables.  Kay could put a sign on
or near the Boulevard Room Door to alert people of the move.

*New Business*

Note have been added to the APPROVED purchase of the trailer for the List
Field.

*Other Group Discussion*

Need a new archery marshal.  Grey will exchange the job at Fall Revel.
Candidates
welcome. Luisa had offered to take the position.  Any others, please come
to a meeting, or send your proposal to boc.cynnabar at gmail.com in a timely
manner to get on the agenda.

Yard Sale at Wassail?  Maybe.  Maybe not till Spring Revel.

Can anyone take HBE’s throne to Coronation for her?

Day of Tournaments.

Ms. Giovanna:  for Grand Day of Tournaments.

·   *Stickers with the Baronial Populace Badge* (and maybe name?) 3rd  of 3
meetings $60-100

·         Seeking Art or Artists.

·         Gavriil might do some art by December.

*Trailer for List field parts*.  $3500-$3950  Black, 5’x10’ covered trailer
6 feet tall,  lights, inside and out, hitching stuff and other
technicalities.

·         LAST Chance for comments.  Increase length to 12 feet to allow
for adding the Floor to the storage. Also allows us to pack the Shade Fly.

·         Ready to Order when INSURANCE issues are clear.

·         ADD Corner Jacks to the purchase list if there is still money in
the proposal budget.  Otherwise, re-state as new business.



*Announcements* –

We have determined how to use the Arrow Catching Backdrop indoors!  If a
site allows it we are ready.  Grey and Luisa.

There will *be Archery Practice Sunday*.  Contact Grey if you do not know
where.

*Archers* will be going to the 9/28 Renaissance Festival in Holly.

*Citadel Needs Articles!  Deadline is 9/28.*  Please submit items about
what people have done to the Kudos section.

Kay needs a *deputy to run the 10/12 Meeting*.  Grey and Daye offered to do
it.  If YOU are interested in running a meeting as practice for a future
position do let Kay know.
