*Workshop Topics:*  Tonight was *March 28 - Good books for …Cooking**! by
Lady Daye & Ms. Kay*.

·         Please join us at 6:30 for an interesting topic before each
meeting.

·         Please tell Baroness Hannah Schreiber at dawnlsinclair at gmail.com if
you would like to present a workshop.  All topics are of interest.

*April 11 - "The Silver Lining in the Dark Ages, or, How Pennies Saved
Civilization" by Lady Godaeth. *The non-Byzantine European economy did not
end with Rome's "fall" in 476. Come hear a VERY brief survey of Western
European numismatic history, 476 to about 1016, with a few early medieval
coins to pass around.

*April 18 - Kumihimo Braiding with Lady Terryl*.  Try the Japanese art of
Kumohimo braiding. Learn history of the art and techniques. Class will be
hands-on, for 12 people.  Arrive on time to get your materials!

April 25 - *Trans/Intersex/Third Gender in SCA discussion lead by Draco. F*irst
half hour is a presentation of what Transgender/sexual, Intersex, and Third
Gender are, examples in medieval times, and how focusing on minorities
(racial, sexual, and gender) can improve recruitment and retention in the
SCA. Second half hour will be a discussion on the themes and ideas
presented in the first portion.

·         Jadwiga is developing the Concert.

·         Please! Let Aaron and Jadwiga know if you are able to host out of
town guests for crash space.

*Spring Revel 2016* *April 17, 2016* Island Park Far Shelter.  Eadræd (MKA
Michael) Budget $250. 3rd of 3 meetings.

Exchequer (Ilse) – Terp made a profit of:  (drum roll)  $944.55!! The
balance in the account is around $12,768.42.

Webminister (Aaron) – The OP changes have been developed.  F you want to
add arms or preferred titles please let Aaron know.  The contact links for
officers will now have anti-spam protections built in.

Fencing Marshal (William) –

Min A&S (Aeffe) – Upcoming important dates:
    April 2 - Pentamere A&S Faire... the event is still looking for judges.
    April 9 - Scribal Day with Baroness Hannah ... bring your scribal arts
supplies and pizza money to MakerWorks in Ann Arbor, April 9, 10-4.
    April 13 - Please have your Arts and Sciences reports to Aeffe by April
13 so as to meet the reporting deadline of April 15.  Reminders will go out
to the Baronial media in about 2 weeks.

Min. Youth (Open) –

Chatelaine (Daye) – Still Chatelaine!  Some donations came in to Gold Key.  It
may be time to prune the supply.

Chronicler (Gavriil) – A question for Gavriil:  Will you make an
announcement when you have enough material to consider publishing one of
the Directional Issues of the Citadel?

Herald (Johannes) – The quarterly report is in.  Seeking a new Herald

Knight Marshal (Gregor) –

Archery Marshal (Godaeth) –

Sunday 4/10 archery practice begins at Dillon’s from 2 pm-4 pm. NO Practice
on Sunday 4/17, due to Spring Revel.  There will be combat Archery at Melee
practices at WCC, when these begin.

Seneschal (Kay) – It’s been a peaceful month.  My quarterly report went in
on time.  We have a new regional seneschal for Pentemere, Duchess Arabella.

Baron and Baroness (Kasha and Ermenrich) – Fighter retreat was last
weekend. There will only be 2 melee focused events this summer.  Ermenrich
will be at both Siege of Talonvale and Battle of the Inland Seas with the
Cynnabar Militia.  Cynnabar will host regional Melee on Wednesday evening,
at Washtenaw Community College, on the southwestern open area, near the GL
building.

The Baronial Census came out today.  Please fill it out.  If you did it
last year you will soon have an email from Kasha asking if there are any
changes to your information.

We are still a Barony.
