[Cynnabar] meeting minutes

[Seneschal Cynnabar via Barony]

Correction to the meeting minutes.  My mistake, it is Baronial tradition to
vote on every officer, not just those required by Kingdom and SCA law.
Therefore, voting 1/3 will take place at the next Baronial meeting (9/22)
to have Daye step up as Chatelaine at Fall Revel.
