[Cynnabar] Proposed Armoured combat Helms

They hardly weigh anything and you can probably stuff at least two of  
the three into each helm. The remainder will squish in pretty much  
anywhere. Wearing a helm that fits poorly is not only dangerous, it  
also causes new people to get a bad idea of what fighting is like.  
Too big and it slops around, making them feel very awkward. Too tight  
and the foam may compress to where metal can connect on skull.

Trust me. It's worth a few ounces.

As for bulk, the current loaner armor design that was chosen didn't  
seem to pre-plan for that very well. We could have bought or made  
armor that was more flexible and collapsed smaller. I agree with  
Uillec that this ought to be a main concern since we are expecting  
someone to haul it around each week. It is no trivial task.
