[Cynnabar] Minutes of Monday 4/20/15 Meeting

Point of clarity. I believe Lady cera is looking to be a Youth Fighting 
Marshall (sometimes called boffer?)? There are currently Youth Rapier 
Marshalls and I would like to maintain a distinction to avoid confusion.
